WHO?
John Alder, BA, Dip.Ed, BEd (Counselling), MA (App. Psych), MAPS, FAHRI, established this service in 1986 as a training and supervision program for trainee and probationary psychologists.
More than 30 trainees have successfully completed their supervisory period and now practice as psychologists in counselling and/or organisational psychology.
John is an active member of the Australian Psychological Society, having held national and state level executive positions in the specialist colleges of counselling and organisational psychologists.

Lorraine Pulsford, BA, Dip.T., Grad. Dip. Educ. Counselling, M. Soc. Sc.( Counselling Stud.) was a teacher , advisor and counsellor in secondary schools for more than 20 years in face to face and distance education settings. She taught humanities, languages, work education and coordinated work experience as well as holding various counselling and advisory roles.
She is well acquainted with the demands and expectations of the teaching profession and has a particular interest in work-life balance. As a ‘lifelong learner’, she has successfully combined working, parenting and studying to complete several degrees.

Glenn Staunton, B.A. (Psychology & Sociology), Grad Dip Applied Psych. B.Ed., Grad Dip. Educational Admin., Trained Primary and Special (ID) Teacher Certificates.
Prior to moving into private practice over 10 years ago, Glenn held leadership, management and consultant roles in the Victorian state education system over a 35 year period. Positions held (in Victoria, New Guinea or Canada) included educational psychologist, support services manager and school principal. Glenn worked with school communities to achieve government policy through effective staff performance, efficient schools and an enhanced school experience for all students.
